RecommendedNone of the "big guys" could get me a deal. These guys did! They never quit until I was driving out the door in a new (to me) car. I felt like part of their family when I was there, it was a very enjoyable time, which is not something you typically hear about a car dealer. Don't even bother going anywhere else, go to these guys! Sold me a 2011 raptor- wrong rear shocks not proper shocks for for the truck, front shocks are leaking, battery has a dead cell, tires are dry rotted, front shaft for 4x4 is falling out of housing, weird noise on take off . Was under the assumption truck was in great mechanical working order. Drove 6.5 hours to pick it up! Now they are refusing to answer me! I have a very bad experience with them, I bought a pickup and a couple months later the car show up body problem. ( the car was rotten in many places) i tell them the problem, and they say that is no big problem. and i spend more then 3,000 train to fixed. I feel like I put my money in the trash. talking about something else the car cost 25,000 is a 150 Ford of the year 2010
Worse than poor, about to find out if it's fraud. Bought a 2017 Nissan Versa for my daughter to drive to her first year of college. She hit a deer in our neighborhood and the insurance company sent us to get it repaired. Come to find out, not only were they ABSOLUTELY aware the car had been in an accident (idiots left the tape that was holding the front struts up under the hood behind the grill) but the entire air intake system was completely missing. They're deceiving, they lie, and they have poor customer service. Don't let their low prices fool you. They'll give you false information regarding the cars history and deny lying later. Spend a little extra money and go elsewhere. Especially if you're buying a foreign car. In most cases they will not have the equipment to repair a foreign vehicle. So if it requires repairs after your purchase, do not expect them to have the capacity to fix it. You've been warned. Don't believe me, check their Better Business Bureau ratings.... read more
