Dr. Braverman was extremely thorough in going over options for hearing aids. Once I received my hearing aids, She showed me what comes with them, how to use them and help with downloading the app.
A good experience. Dr. Rhee has a good bedside manner. Also, the Dr. Wad punctual!! That is rare these days. I arrived at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. They took me back to the examination room at 10:20 and Dr. Rhee entered the room at 10:30 sharp! I cannot remember the last time that a doctor was actually on time for the appointment. This is a pet peeve of mine as I hate to wait. It seems that it is common to wait 20 or 30 minutes minutes past your appointment time to see your doctor. This was a refreshing change!
