Hoy he estado en la oficina para preguntar sobre unos papeles que recibí,y los agarró de mala gana y me los regresó por debajo de la ventanilla y dijo no necesitas hacer nada ,y está no es la primera vez que me atienden de mala gana ..Mi sugerencia es que deberían tener empleados más amables que siempre estén dispuestos a ayudar y contestar alguna pregunta de buena manera y alguien que también hable español por que hay personas que no se pueden defender con el idioma y por eso se les ve de mal manera .
I went today and the guy at the front desk helped me wow great customer service!!!
I called and got what I was looking for but the lady had no manners and her tone of voice sounded annoyed.
