Dr. Manaloto and her staff are wonderful. I was originally referred to her and have been very happy. She genuinely cares for her patients and extends the best service. I know more than several of her patients, and they are a dedicated following. Her new location is hip & modern (not dreary), inviting, clean, organized, and it overlooks the estuary ...its like being at the spa. With each visit, I'm always greeted with a happy staff. That alone says a lot!
Dr. Manaloto has a professional, but very calming manner. She is the first dentist I've had that has made me feel relaxed and comfortable- after I moved from Alameda to San Francisco I continued to drive in to see her. Also, very friendly and helpful staff. I gave the cost a 4 stars because you have to give it something, but I don't actually know what to compare it to.
We went to her from the list in my insurance plan, primarily for my daughter, then 4. My daughter needed two fillings. She didn't even know she was getting shots, Corazon was so good. She told her to close her eyes so the light wouldn't hurt her eyes, because she needed the light to see into her mouth really well. Corazon described what the taste of the medication might be like and how her mouth might feel (without calling it numbness - which is too difficult for a 4 year old to understand.) Dr. Manaloto's staff listen, are gentle, and provide great service! After a couple bad experiences with other dental practices that were brutal, I was very pleased to find an office where the staff provided great service without hurting me unnecessarily.
