I live next to 6104 number 102 which is updated to be reviewed for a rental do not rent from them. They don’t pay their bills the trash accumulated they don’t even do the gardening. Do not rent from them. They’re horrible and I will do everything I can to make them right so please do not rent from them until you have a thermal legal agreement with an attorney otherwise you’ll be screwed.
This is the most bizarre rental third party company I've ever dealt with. My husband and I applied for a rental property that we felt we qualified for. My husband has good credit and we were able to financially afford the place we wanted to our family. Come to find out, we were denied do to a "collection issue" that occurred over 6 years ago. Submission fee farm pretty much. My family deal with them briefly when moving to the area. They take FOREVER to respond, may as well not even bother because by the time they do respond, you’ve moved into a whole different place already.
