I would have given them 5 stars except the original person who was supposed to assist me and my realtor wouldn’t return calls. I had to contact the corporate office and get assistance from them in houston. The woman who assisted me in Houston was Olivia and she was wonderful. The original lady who was supposed to assist me in Dallas needs to be fired. The original woman wouldn’t return calls until a week later, when she sent documents for me to sign i couldn’t due to her sending it in the wrong format. It almost made me not ... read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional, give ill-informed advice & do not communicate well, if at all. As a remote Landlord, we entrusted our property to Managerenthouses.com in Houston. However, once they had taken possession of the property they acted as if they owned it & did not keep us informed of ongoing issues. This review should really be ZERO stars as my experience with ManageRentHouses was one of the worst experiences in my life. I would not let Wojciech Kik manage a worm farm in a mason jar for me, as he has redefined the word incompetent. We really tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but the entire experience was just awful. Where to begin? They rented me an apartment that had a hole under the sink. I saw the hole prior to move-in and requested it be repaired on my application. The hole was never fixed and the entire apartment is filled with mold and cockroaches. I had to throw away all of my furniture and they still never gave me back my deposit! These people are absolute scammers do not do business with them.
