I am trying to understand the logic behind paying ASG, a domestic profit corporation, to further slowdown an already complicated and laborious system “screening” people. Awful service. This people should've never been awarded that contract. Even the Mayor in my town mentioned it in a recent town hall annual budget plan how useless these people are. The American homeless deserve better.
