Horrible customer service, horrible directors, management, they take advantage of their customer support employees and the team leads, they LOVE firing people, HR gets a big kick out of it, with a big ol smile while you getting fired, have caused prior employees to walk out due to racially profiling them, or making them feel less than; I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

I am trying to understand the logic behind paying ASG, a domestic profit corporation, to further slowdown an already complicated and laborious system “screening” people. Awful service. This people should've never been awarded that contract. Even the Mayor in my town mentioned it in a recent town hall annual budget plan how useless these people are. The American homeless deserve better.
