We have problem at sealing. ①Since 2021 February, its started leaking the Water Because it was bad rain. We called and texted this company owner and Karen. they always say '' call back '' BUT ! we never call back from them . My husband always waiting call bak from them .. Im so upset ②Because 2months ago roofer was coming to check out house sealing but they said '' we can't find any problem '' . Then They close the sealing andd back to home. I feel No way !! Worst company in the world to work with it seemed as if Karen was trying to avoid paying for 2+years. Can't get a hold of anyone, no email response. Terrible!
