The owner and staff have been absolutely amazing! Anytime I've had an issue or concern, they have been supportive. No question is silly and no request insignificant.
I had a horrible experience with Pat Trippe and how she managed a problem I had at Madison on 20th. I thought I could resolve the issue with a neighbor by using the proper channels, but it actually made things worse! I was treated with disrespect and deception. I even brought in evidence to try and make management’s job easier as police had instructed me, but my complaints were cast aside.
