We had to end our lease early in November and we tried to work with Management One to minimize the time the house sat unrented. Instead of working with us, they wanted to charge us $900 additional fees that were not on the contract, in addition to the $100/day the house sat unrented. For the record, the lease contract we signed only had one $595 fee to break the lease. In addition, the office managers were basically rude to us. I am a current renter and a home owner. I will NEVER use Management One's services ever again. This company ONLY cares about their own profits. They don't care about the renters, they don't care about the property. I literally had one of their managers say they would rather see kids going through a divorce live in a hotel then help us find a way to expedite their processing time.
