I loved the services provided which included videoing the condition of the property before new tenants arrived. Management One 1st Choice has been managing our family's rental portfolio for over ten years. I have never considered changing property managers simply because Larry and his staff do an excellent job of not only protecting our financial interests, but they are also fair and impartial when they need to be.
Management One's hands-on management of our rental property was outstanding. They kept our home rented and in good shape for nearly 7 years while we served in the military. If a problem with maintenance occured (heater, A/C, etc..) ***** and his team notified us immediately and arranged for repairs if needed. They also kept us aware of any tenant issues (late rent, damage) and handled those issues. We highly recommend them as a property management company.
