Did an application on a property that was already leased and they hadn't taken it offline. They refused to refund application fee even though it was the same day.
Touring there rental property was an absolute nightmare. The house was nowhere near ready to be viewed. There were broken doors, holes in wall, dirty walls, unpleasant smells, & soo much more.
