Has not answered emails or calls on inquiries about rental properties or the proper avenues to proceed with renting any properties they manage. Would not deal with at all, been trying to contact them for a week and no response. Extremely possible this is a fake company as a part of rental fee scam
Just received my deposit back after 60 days . We actually moved out May 27 . We put up $2500 non refundable pet deposit $300. The house was inspected everything good no problems. We just received our check for $588 do the math. Do not I repeat do any business with this in my opinion crook. Has a history of mismanagement, neglecting their properties. Including this one where trash is only collected after I file complaints with the city, two months no garbage collection
This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Kimberly Hutchinson was beyond awful to deal with. I called about a property and was told by her that we were first to apply to a house. We were all approved with ease. Kimberly comes back and tells us that the property wouldn’t be leased out unless we agreed to the price being increased after we were approved.
