Took Management Apex almost 2 months to fix HVAC during the summer this year. It worked for less than 2 months and is broke again. Going on 30 days with a broken HVAC system this time around. They did install portable units but due to home size its is near impossible to keep cool. Upstairs unit runs 24/7. Downstairs is reading at 81 degrees. It’s been over 2 months since we moved out and we haven’t received our move-out inspection, security deposit, or any communication since we handed over the keys.

By far the WORST property management company EVER! Just days before my move-in date, I specifically asked to conduct a walk-through with an agent and was told “a walk-through inspection was already completed” and that the home is “move-in ready.” The company definitely did an inspection…as noted in a few of the pictures I posted, however, NONE of the items were fixed/addressed before I moved in. Absolute garbage. As a renter, this company had me without air conditioning for 7 days in the middle of June with three children in the house. Zero expediency. Zero care in the world. Will definitely be leaving after my lease is up. Also, my rent for July was late. They gave me an eviction notice after one week of being late.
