Absolute garbage. As a renter, this company had me without air conditioning for 7 days in the middle of June with three children in the house. Zero expediency. Zero care in the world. **Avoid this company at all costs. Absolute nightmare to deal with.** The 1.9-star rating is entirely accurate. Management Apex has shown zero regard for basic tenant rights, communication, or property habitability. During our tenancy, we experienced severe maintenance neglect, including unresolved plumbing flooding and a documented rodent infestation (5 separate sightings, including old traps left under the sink from before we even moved in, proving they knew about the issue and hid it). It has been 45 days without a repaired HVAC system and the inside can get fairly hot. I have called, text, emailed, left voicemails nearly daily and they go weeks without answering any calls. I have even spoke to repair company more than once and they have been giving me more updates than management apex. They have been trying to get the go ahead to repair for some time now, but no one in this business answers calls. Just a pitiful..
So slow to respond to emergency repairs. Every repairs typically takes weeks to resolve. We can go weeks without AC with zero response. They do not understand Alabama law and their duties to fulfill their own lease agreement. If I could give a negative 5000 stars it still would not be enough.
