It has been 45 days without a repaired HVAC system and the inside can get fairly hot. I have called, text, emailed, left voicemails nearly daily and they go weeks without answering any calls. I have even spoke to repair company more than once and they have been giving me more updates than management apex. They have been trying to get the go ahead to repair for some time now, but no one in this business answers calls. Just a pitiful..
So slow to respond to emergency repairs. Every repairs typically takes weeks to resolve. We can go weeks without AC with zero response. They do not understand Alabama law and their duties to fulfill their own lease agreement. If I could give a negative 5000 stars it still would not be enough.
It is extremely disappointing to see the direction this neighborhood has gone since Murphy Homes took over from Woodland Homes and placed Apex Management in charge of the HOA. Homeowners in this community pay HOA dues with the expectation that the neighborhood will be professionally managed, maintained properly, and that concerns from residents will actually be addressed. Neglected Landscaping & Completely Unresponsive HOA Management I am extremely disappointed with Murphy Homes and the HOA Management company, Apex, for their complete lack of upkeep on the landscaping in the common areas of Monrovia Springs and Monrovia Branch. What used to be decent-looking entrances, medians, and shared green spaces have turned into an overgrown mess of weeds, patchy dead grass, and unkempt shrubs. There was an unfortunate mix-up in properties and Kimberly H. helped get everything sorted between myself and the landlord. She offered multiple solutions and in the end made a fair arrangement happen between all parties.
