Was one of the tenants in their properties, when a fob was lost to access the building, it took them over a month to give a new one. My partner and I had to constantly swap out the fobs to make sure someone was able to be at home. It was fine and normal in their eyes. Absolutely abysmal service. Getting any type of meter readings were always an issue. Stay away from them and any properties they manage.
I’ve lived in two MMC properties, The Lofts at Gateway and one of their townhomes and have had a great experience. I plan to continue leasing with MMC, possibly at another one of their properties. Any minor maintenance issues I’ve had were resolved the same day. Terry from the maintenance team is always friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. I’ve truly enjoyed leasing with MMC and would highly recommend them.
Hello, I’ve come here to briefly speak on my experience with MMC Properties [WOULD NOT RECOMMEND]… seen a property me & my family was interested in, started application process. Started out good but, rent is raised $100 every year, drain clog, they tell you to call a plumber, lock yourself out, they tell you to call a locksmith, lose a mailbox key, they want $25. One tenant has been with them faithfully for 20 years and they refuse to replace their carpet. No real services offered. Worthless management company.
Worst rental company ever! If I could give zero stars I would!!! It’s many reasons behind why they have a 3.3 rating. They rent to you eat your money and make you pay for anything that needs to be fixed as if you own it. We reached out once for a few things to be fixed and half of it they told us we needed to repair it instead of them.
