Worst rental company ever! If I could give zero stars I would!!! It’s many reasons behind why they have a 3.3 rating. They rent to you eat your money and make you pay for anything that needs to be fixed as if you own it. We reached out once for a few things to be fixed and half of it they told us we needed to repair it instead of them. My time renting with MMC Properties has been exceptional! I cannot recommend them enough between the quality property I stayed in and the attentive care from the staff.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! RUN!!! They are lies and cheats. Rented from them for 4 years. They never offered to paint or anything. They had the landscaping done before I moved in. I kept up what they had done, but when I moved out they decide to cut down trees and bushes and want to charge me for it by saying I didn't keep up the landscape. It was not on me to cut down trees on the property that was part of the landscaping. When I moved in I had to have the house cleaned, carpet cleaned, replace the blinds, and toilet seat... read more
