We’ve rented houses and apartments in Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, and TN and MMC was by FAR the easiest and most reasonable rental company we have ever ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough. They answered the phone with kindness every time I called, and if they didn’t know the answer to my question, they got back to me promptly. Submitted application on a rental home first, paid deposit first. And yet someone else was “approved” first so they got the house. We are out 100 bucks that “can be applied to another one of their properties” but can’t get our money back. They didn’t even have the decency to call and notify me, simply sent an email. I feel scammed. Would not reccommend

I loved living here, lived here for a little over a year and never had any issues! I don’t think we needed to call maintenance over anything but whenever we talked to the office they were so nice and communicative everytime we reached out. I’d refer them to anyone looking for a place to rent in the future!
Just don’t.. don’t do it.. I will say thank you though for deleting your comment saying if we wanted to have it our way you should stop by Burger King on the way home. Way to be the bigger person.
