I’ve requested a replacement card from them twice and it never comes. They swear they mailed it out except it never comes. They gave me my member id over the phone to use on the website and the website doesn’t work and can’t find me in their system. Due to this I am unable to receive care I desperately need without it and just stuck in limbo. This has been such a frustrating ordeal I’m starting to believe they don’t want you to use your insurance.
Very difficult to navigate organization, uses out of country phone staff.
Id give no start if they'd make it happen. Everytime I call to speak to someone and it starts to ring they always hang up immediately. They're unprofessional and disrespectful as hell. Such a disgrace in human beings. And going into an office is the same. Can't get any help. Why have employees who only sit there just to get paid for not doing anything?

They help with transportation, explain medicaid well, and support you through added funds when you complete good health tasks. I haven't tried others but would recommend.
