I hate this insurance company with all my heart. They denied a treatment that I need to keep my iron levels up. If you can avoid them.
I would not use them to manage my dog’s health- service and quality of “Care Managers” are deplorable and now treat you as an annoying afterthought. And talk to you like you’re a lower level employee . Run they have changed and seem to enjoy treating members with cruel indifference. Only question is, when will they go under? Soon I hope - false hope is all they peddle!
Their website is literally NEVER available!! This is so unprofessional and inconsiderate of the patients and our time!
Absolutely garbage. No one has reached out to me about my insurance info for months. Just got approved and everytime someone calls they dont know anything and hang up on me
