Trying to get them to pay the proper coinsurance is like getting blood from a stone.
America is terrible .
I’ve requested a replacement card from them twice and it never comes. They swear they mailed it out except it never comes. They gave me my member id over the phone to use on the website and the website doesn’t work and can’t find me in their system. Due to this I am unable to receive care I desperately need without it and just stuck in limbo. This has been such a frustrating ordeal I’m starting to believe they don’t want you to use your insurance.
