i will NEVER be returning to this clinic. my daughter was very sick and when i took her to this clinic, the doctor “prescribed” her medicine. well. after DAYS of waiting for it to get to the pharmacy, i called back and they said they would not send it without seeing my daughter again & without charging me again. i got billed for the appointment for them doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
After 9.5 years we have decided that NWAPC is not a good fit for us! We had a huge miscommunication about missed appointments (not actually missed) and me trying to make things right. The office manager, Marilyn, was so rude and showed no empathy when it came to my newborns health. She was actually flat out rude to me. The Doctors are great and so friendly but never remember you because they have so many patients. Staff is awful. I wish the doctors had a lower client load so they knew me and my kids. RecommendedExcellent service and great place to bring the kids. All the staff is very polite and the doctors are amazing 😉 I have been bringing my kids for more than 7 years and they love it here. ❤️
Dr. Swindle is the best!! He always makes sure my son has fun when we have an appointment and always listens to all my worries and concerns. I’m so thankful my boys have such a caring pediatrician!
Y’all! Seriously if y’all don’t go to this doctors office you’re missing out! We love all the doctors but especially Dr. Rasmussen and his nurse and Spencer! Spencer was incredible today testing my son for Kindergarten
What a wonderful group of professionals! I couldn’t recommend them enough! Evey time I have called worried sick about my twin girls they get me in immediately, and that’s important to me!!
Dr Swindle is the best! He truly cares about his patients and always gets it right the first time. I can't thank him enough for what he's done for my kids. We love him!
dr battista was very good with my infant son. she tickled him just to hear him giggle. she was very informative about what is normal, what isn't, and what to keep an eye out for.

I have always appreciated their after hours clinics. I've been fortunate to have them close by all 14+ years I've been a mom. This time it was my youngest who had been misdiagnosed (ear infection) by a clinic on Sunday when NWAPC was closed. Always kind, thorough, and helpful as always.
