We redid our bathroom and ordered extra tile and they agreed to refund us the extra. There was nothing wrong with the tile we returned and they called and said two of the boxes were broken when they were moving. That was not our fault at all. They wouldn’t refund us for the boxes of tile that broke on their hands. Won’t be doing business here ever again and don’t recommend to anyone else to either.
These ladies were great. They are very knowledgeable on products and made sure I had everything to complete the project. Thanks for your help.
