Can’t even call back their customers after damaging their cars. You call and wait on hold for hours. They have terrible customer service. Once you finally get a hold of someone they have no information for you. Save yourself the time and wash anywhere they aren’t.
Total complete NIGHTMARE to cancel Membership
I canceled two car wash accounts and was charged for 3 months after. The senior manager said they checked their phone records and can’t find where we called. BUT we have the date and time when we called. Terrible customer service. This company is a FRAUD. Stealing money out of accounts is a crime. I will not stop until my funds are returned!
