Very VERY rude, I called to ask if the provided pre-parting services the first time i called she picked up but i couldn’t hear what she was saying so J hung up. She called back asked what I wanted and I proceeded to tell her “ I wanted to see if you guys do pre-parts medium sized.” she didn’t understand so I told her i just wanted it parted no braids she proceeds to say “ No you need to find somebody else to do your hair.” VERY RUDE THATS WHY I CALLED TO ASK IF YALL DID IT
