I called in on late Thursday for a Sunday appointment and was accepted. Arrived Sunday to a nice welcome, handed her the locs and she got started right away. She explained why she had to braid my hair a certain way (thinning from medication) and she made it look full. I actually look so much younger even with my grey. She oiled my scalp and made sure I was satisfied with the style. I feel amazing. I found my salon and will never let anyone touch my hair. Thank you so much Mika

I gave this place 2 chances. I just moved to this area, and this shop is literally 5 minutes walking away from my place. I was trying to make this my home shop, but they’re very unprofessional. The first time I contacted this shop by phone, and asked how much crochet faux locs would be. The woman said $90. I went in one week later, and asked if they were available to do crochet faux locs. Very disappointing experience.. my parts are big in the back.. I asked for medium sized Senegalese twist. The parts all around my head is a mess !! I was her only customer for the day and she looked disinterested to do my hair. She rushed my hair.. I highly don’t recommend going here..

This is the most hideous braids I ever received from a " African braid shop", the lady with the glasses obviously did not want to braid hair that day and don't even know what knotless braids mean. She doesn't even know how to transition the braiding hair without seem. I give them negative 10. Can't believe I paid 200 for this atrocious look. If you want someone to play in your hair, this is the place to go.
