Garbage. To think that African women would treat American blacks the way the way they do is horrible, and they aren't cheap either. $210.00 for synthetic that was supposed to human. They need to get back on the boat back to Africa. They are slow, there's a little young girl there that talks and eats a lot. The older woman just deals with it. It you are there as long as I was, you'll even hear different prices given. Skip this place and go to the casino. One day in and after all the time wasted braids are falling out! I hope ... read more

The braiding is good but the service is horrible. I've been there 4 times and since the first service (which was great) each wait time gets longer and longer. You set an appointment for early and have to wait 4-8 hrs for people to show up. Most ridiculous service I've had. Worst part is, even if you've been waiting they don't comp you for your time wasted nor do they want you to leave. And then when they finally get to you, they put the slowest braider and takes another 8-10 hrs yto do medium kinky twist. Idiots. Worse servi... read more

I went in to get micro braids they did not braid them down to the length of my hair. I went to get them taken down and SHE CUT MY HAIR WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME WHERE MY HAIR ENDED!! They destroyed my hair yanking it out. They don't speak to you the experience was horrible. They don't keep change and only take cash!! My experience was horrible I will never go back again never!!

This business only gets 1 star from me, and I wish they could get none. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I came in with my 3 year old daughter and asked for her for box braids for my daughter and micros for myself. She said she would give me a good deal and quoted me $270. I really didn't see how it was a deal since she was charging $85 for my daughter meaning she was charging $185 for me; so she said she was nice hair; so I was okay with it. Come to find out the hair was some heap pony synthetic hair, and to take... read more

Walked in and not acknowledged by anyone in the store--finally asked if manager/owner available. Surprised to see that owner was one of the hairdresser who ignored me. Given one price and the price changed after my hair was braided-I did not change or alter my order. Very rude ! the owner talked on her phone nonstop in her native tongue; had 3 people on my head-all used a different technique; finished product was good but I'll never go back because when I did go back to have the braids removed-they charged me $50.00-they did... read more
