Very good food and coffee. I was visiting and went to several locations several times! Their Brickell one was a little confusing since you have to walk by the host station but maybe I'm just new to that layout.
A quick stop to pick up a coffee and pretzel. Very fresh and tasty baked goods! Went after 4pm and the server threw in an extra pretzel which was a nice gesture.
There’s no host stand and a counter with numbers sitting there to bring to your table. After waiting in a long line, when I finally am able to place my order the woman said if it’s here to sit down. I asked why no one directed that when entering the restaurant; and she said she doesn’t know. Very disorganized. Second time this happened. Last time I sat at a table the server didn’t come up to me for over 20 minutes, so I ended up having to order at the counter anyway.
