Currently sitting here enjoying Mac n cheese, Salmon Croquettes, Green Beans, and Black Eyes Peas... I love the food!
Delicious food! Best fried chicken and greens I had in a long time! I was completely ignored by one woman working the buffet, was later told it was her first day, she was DEFINITELY not as upbeat as the rest of the staff. Was hoping for catfish on the Sunday buffet but the chicken sufficed
Food was good and the staff is friendly and welcoming
We drive by here daily. Finally as a B-Day lunch we stopped. Definitely adding to our date list! Great service, food was wonderful, food for the soul. Clean & friendly atmosphere. Thanks Sheila & Co. See you soon.

The MN Black Nurses Association celebrated National Black Nurses Day at Mama Sheila's House of Soul on Friday, February 28, 2020. We had a large group, but everything went smoothly! The service and food were both excellent! The bathrooms were clean! We had a wonderful time! AND Mama Sheila took a selfie with us and wished us a Happy National Black Nurses Day!!! It doesn't get any better than that! 🎉🎉🎉Highly recommend this place for its soul food buffet style service and easy accommodation for larger groups. Thank you!
Mama Sheila's is in Great place to eat!!!!! the food is bomb!!!
We noticed the location I think last summer and never tried it until this past weekend and let me just say we left feeling like we just left our grannys house on Thanksgiving! Service was on point, everything was clean, servings were huge..but seconds or thirds were a MUST! SO SO BOMB😋! Me and my family will be back for sure. Thank you!
