Great food and excellent service. All the staff was very attentive and we got to meet the Owner and the cook. Will definitely be back next year.
My first time here today and the food was nothing but AMAZING and far better than Golden Coral any day. The food was seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. The customer service was great and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was good as well. I’m most definitely will be coming back soon and will spread the word. So glad I have finally found a soul food restaurant in the Twin Cities. Mama Sheila keep up the good work and God will continue to bless you and your business.
Great Setting and Ambiance. I really enjoy the Cabbage, Mashed Okra, Jerk Chicken. So many pictures of Black Achievements and Excellence.
It’s worth going just for the delicious greens and the red beans and rice, but *everything* on the buffet was excellent. The best dining out meal I’ve had in quite a while.
A little too salty, cut back on the salt and make the cornbread daily. overall great food
the smothered chicken... the meatloaf... fried chicken... the cabbage... the decor and the way my son and I were treated...like V.I.P's... we will be going again and again...
I am from Georgia 🇬🇪 and love soul food this place reminds me of home the food 🥘 here is delicious 😋 southern charm in a north western state try it you want be disappointed.
They have terrible customer service...... one girl on the buffet area with a line of people while the other employees stand around on there phones. The server was never there to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything else. We order catfish separate, waited about 30-40 minutes already done with our plates, had to wave a sever down and ask where the fish was we order, to come and find out they gave our order to a different table and that they were out of fish, at that point we just left.
