Pretty disgusted with MaPossums and the owner's constant rudeness when calling in an order. Who cuts someone off mid sentence and hangs up the phone?? This has happened every single time I have placed a phone order. I have been giving her the benefit of the doubt but tonight after she hung up on me mid sentence I've just about had enough! I mentioned it to the window guy and he looked at me like I was an alien. Then no apology nor even a thank you, have a good evening or anything. I just got a "hear ya go". Well i eat there 3 / 4 times a month I have only good stuff to say i worked in a high volume pizza & posta place off and on for 14 yrs and ..... my food is always good and for the customers who come in when a place is closing well if i worked there and someone walk in at 5 or 10 minutes before closing i fixed your orders to go people who work there have a life too
The burgers just aren’t good. They are dry and clearly have been frozen. The price for a combo is just too high. The service was friendly though!
Extremely rude when we came in at closing. Honestly had no idea what time it was. We were starving and wanted food. All they had to do was say “I’m sorry we’re closing” and I would have been fine. But no...waitress had to slam the order paper on the table and say (in a hateful tone) “you do know we’re closing right?!” I will not be back.
Excellent customer service, fast service and I will be returning loved the hot dog.
