If I could give 0 stars that's what I'd rate it. Food was inedible and the service was poor....seriously don't know what all the hoopla was about, awful!!!!

The staff is very friendly and professional. The dishes are good, can't complain since they do not claim to be an authentic Asian restaurant. I have my faves and they never disappoint. However twice I tried to use my reward points to pay for the meals, they claimed the system was not working and couldn't accept the points. DISCLAIMER - this was before they revamped the system. It seems easy now, but the website takes a little while to get use to. But that may just be me.

Thank you for attempting to ruin our Mother's Day, Mama Fu's Southpark Meadows! Our waitress, Frankie, checked on us one time in an hour. Then, when I finally went to check on where our appetizers were, was told they still weren't ready and that it would be at least another 20 minute wait for our entrees if we ordered right then. Seriously?!?!?! Uh, no... Impolitely told them to nix our order! The female manger on duty didn't care at all that we were receiving such horrible service. She was like, "Oh well, whatever".
