Bad food and bad delivery this is the third chance we've given them I'm done 77 bucks wasted on horrible food waaaaa �

I want to rate them 0 stars. But it wasn't an option. Worst service/customer service I have ever experienced. We placed an order at 6:00. Was told the delivery time would be 45 min. I called at 7:30. Spoke with the manager and his explanation was "your order didn't go through." He said that about 5 times. He blamed it on the call center. He did not apologize, try to explain what went wrong, or offer us food another time. I hope they go out of business and we getter a better option for dinner. I never do reviews but this..... Order some sweet potato fries i got home and i got literally 10 fries on a medium size box. Wow, i pay for a full side order. For some reason i can't down load the picture, bad costumer service
I wrote this on the feedback site listed on the receipt and am waiting for a response, I refuse to contact the store: Our family ordered takeout from Store # 801, Kyle/Evans Drive, on 5/14/16 at 7:49pm, order # 90066. The first issue was the delivery person, he arrived at 8:40pm and rambled on and on about the receipt and something that was on the receipt that was a credit or something. Worst service ever. Ordered delivery, order was repeated back to us, got my soup cheaper because it could be attached to the szechuan Kung pao chicken. Great!! Order arrives, no Kung pao chicken. Called, they stated it would be right out. They called back and said it wasn't paid for. Omg. Are you kidding me? So an hour and a half after the original order my husband gets to eat. Never again. I will tell anyone who will listen how bad the service is. Mama fu you are off the list

Ordered online and pick up time was 7. Arrived at 658 and was told that it would be a while. Overheard the manager on duty tell the staff to slow down with To Go orders. Not happy with the unreasonable wait time. Will not be returning. Food was 20 minutes late.
