They take forever to fulfill to-go orders ... I’ve been waiting for almost 20 minutes and the Cooks never received my order !!!!! NEVER COMING BACK!! ..... Also OVER PRICED !!!! Panda Express it’s WAY BETTER!!!!
If you have the choice between just eating ramen at your house, or getting this delivered, just eat ramen. When it was delivered, everything was spilled out inside the bag. I did the best I could to salvage it since I just spent $35 on it, but still just not good at all...
My wife and I went to this location today at 5:45 PM. We were one of two parties there, so it was not busy. We ordered the pot stickers appetizer, which was good. We both ordered the Mongolian Beef rice bowl. The meat was chewy and there was so much sodium (salt), that could not eat the meal. The rice was clumpy and not good either. We will not go back. This location is horrible, not at all like the Austin locations.
I received not only once, but twice sprouts that were brown and slimey. GROSS!
Order was delivered wrong. missing items . When we called to resolve issues with missing items . Was put on hold. Asked to call us back . Never did .....Lettuce wraps were extremely salty. Disappointing.

Tried Mama Fu’s for the first time tonight and it was extremely disappointing. Ordered delivery and it showed up roughly 30 to 45 minutes after estimated time. Food is lukewarm and has turned to mush because of the condensation from the containers. Pad tai is extremely bland. My “crispy” potstickers are like rubber. Good was ok but customer service sucks! They leave something out every time! Last time my pho was completely dumped over everything in the bag and I have never once received lettuce with the lettuce wraps. They don’t offer to bring it back to you if they forget or spill it either so you’re sh*t out of luck for dinner.
