The staff did not take enough time to understand my needs or explain the treatment options clearly. It seemed that financial considerations were prioritized over patient care. In addition, the reception staff was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful when I asked questions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others seeking honest and patient-focused dental care.
Bad experience. When we visit this dental clinic, they seem to pressure patients into getting teeth cleaning. Even though I have coverage under the CDCP plan, they cleaned only part of my teeth and then asked me to pay for the rest. They did not take the time to understand my actual dental concerns or treatment needs. It felt like they were more interested in making money than providing proper patient care. The reception staff was also very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this clinic.
I would never go back there again. It was a first and a last. The front desk is not friendly. They are very judgmental and incompetent.
Amazing team! I got all my wisdom teeth removed and the healing was very quick. Dr. Singh and the team was very helpful, kind and thoughtful.
