I had an overall good experience at this location. The staff were very professional; helpful and attentive to my needs, explained the process from start to finish and answered all the questions I had. The facility is clean and organized, rooms were comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this clinic!
I recently underwent a sleep study at Malvern Sleep Clinic on April 12, 2025. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I encountered some discomfort during the removal of the wires, adhesives, and tape. The process was quite rough, resulting in skin irritation and peeling on my neck, which continues to cause discomfort. I would greatly appreciate it if extra caution could be exercised in future procedures to prevent similar issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter
