We had birthday party for my son. And we had approx. 150 guest. I asked the staff why the aircon is off. Everybody in the room is sweating and one of my guest had a nosebleed because it is very hot inside the party room. I paid for the venue but it turned out that there ia no on aircon. We are very upset because we felt so hot and sweating a lot. This not acceptable!!
