My daughter’s car was unable to start. Mal’s mechanic Rich charged her $80 CASH ONLY to look under the hood, and told her that it was her alternator or a spark plug. She then had the car towed, and when she had it serviced, ( For $45) they found out that the anti theft switch had deactivated the motor. Thank you for stealing money from my daughter, and being unable to diagnose her car trouble correctly.
My gf and I went in to pick up my car from Mals Servicecenter in Lexington MA and I have never had such an unprofessional racist experience. Picking up your car from a tow company should not be a hassle. So I first walked in and I said hi, and informed the guy at the front desk(Bob) I was here to pick up my car. Great place for all your vehicle needs
In the military and not from around the area so when someone pulled out in front of me and crunched the side of my Jeep I thought I was doomed! Luckily Mal’s Auto Service really took care of me as if I was still in my hometown that I grew up. Thank you to all the guys that have helped me out and made what I thought was going to be a nightmare into the easiest process ever. They have people who smoke weed working there and while on break their doing cocaine they are 'working' on your car, do they do drug tests or background checks than maybe they would know these people like keith have been incarcerated for what do you know stealing vehicles and peoples property! You have a junkie working on your car lol.
There was a day in the middle of a blizzard where my car was disabled on the highway. I had no choice but to make a phone call I called Mals Towing. Within 30 minutes I could see the lights flashing coming down the breakdown Lane not only did they get my car hooked up on a ramp truck the tow truck driver took me to get a bite to eat and paid for it and because I lived in Connecticut they also paid for my hotel for two nights in my meals... Mal's truck first almost hit my car, then blocked me in the middle of the street. When I confronted the driver, he said "get the f*ck out of my face, I mean you". Shame on you, the Mal's driver whose plate number is 26N.
