My family and I have been using Malouf for years great doctor
The staff is very rude and cancel the appointment because my ward did not have a State ID on him. Avoid this office at all cost.
Horrible place. The staff is miserable and incompetent. They act like they don’t know what is going on when you ask a simple question. They charged $250 for me to tell them what the problem was with my vision and that they cannot help. They sent me to the waiting area THREE times. I could barely make out the letters during the initial eye exam but yet the doctor said my vision was fine. All they want is more money. HORRIBLE staff.
