I had an issue with my water softener and Lupe was very knowledgeable about resolving the problem. He was polite and on time.
Tom made a service call today. It was easy to get an appointment. We were listened to and kept informed of Tom’s arrival time which was timely. Tom correctly diagnosed the issue and explained possible solutions. He found the easiest and best fix and completed the task efficiently, but without haste. We could not have had a better plumbing experience on a Friday afternoon.
I found Maloney Plumbing from an online search. It's important to me that anyone who does work on our house is licensed. Maloney Plumbing is, and their license is active. They were also running a promo with $20 off the visit/diagnostic fee. When I called to schedule an appointment, Darlene took care of me. She was super friendly.
