Joe is the property manager that is handling the space I rent for my newly formed business. I've worked with Joe for 3 yrs, he's the most honest property manager out there. Definitely a great man to work with. Any problem with the rental home, he will definitely try his best to make sure it is taken care of in a timely manner. My family and I stayed at one of the properties he manages until we purchased our home. I will continue to send friends and family to Maloney management.
Maloney Management or Joe more specifically, is hands down the most professional and down to earth property manager I have ever dealt with.
