My daughter and grandson waited in the heat for 2 hours for Malones to pick up her car. They were a no show, she was told they would be there in an hour, finally we called Geico and canceled then called another local wrecker who was on the scene within 15 minutes. I have waited for them myself for over an hour! This isn’t the first time I’ve paid for another wrecker service out of my own pocked to avoid the long wait. Geico and Malone’s has to do better.

Had a lower ball joint go out on my truck. They were quick and professional
I do not recommend this company. My son was in an accident and Malone's was called before we were able to get someone out there. When we arrived on the scene, the man quoted me a price. Then less than 5 minutes later, he quoted a higher price. And was going to charge even more to take the vehicle a mile down the road. Not to mention the extra 5% he was going to tack on for using my card. Luckily I had my checkbook. The man was rude the entire time we were there. Stay clear of this wrecker service! They woke me up cause I was in speedway no parking area. I understand that, I had tried 4 other truck stop and found no place to park. When I come up hill I checked loves stop they were full. I pulled in speedway cause I had bought a lot of fuel there. When I stopped I had 4 minutes left on my computer to drive. My husband old Honda broke down twice in a 2 to 3 month period coming from Kingsport.Robert was the driver both times. He’s so nice and friendly.Robert is awesome.Couldnt have asked for a more friendly guy. So Malone’s , give that guy a raise, free meal, something cause he’s such a nice man.
Billy towed our bike today. He’s awesome and the most polite guy me and my husband has met in a long time. He did a great job and very respectful to both of us.
We have a 40ft diesel pusher motorhome that needed to be towed. We got in contact with Malone’s wrecker service who handled everything very professionally. Larry was the driver - he was very helpful, hard worker and very pleasant working with him. The entire company was very friendly, helpful and professional. Would use them again and would highly recommend them!
they extort truckers out of $350 then when you leave negative feedback they get it removed
