I cannot rave enough about the level of service you get from Malone's. The customer service is exceptional, especially from Tim, and the pricing is fair for the services rendered and the quality of materials & parts used. Not to mention, they completely clean your car inside and out even after a service as simple as an oil change! Had great service from the time I got ahold of Christina to set up the appointment to going through the details of repairs needed (current and forward-looking). Was PLEASANTLY surprised they offered a loaner car. That was a deal-maker for me. Repairs were done quickly and price was reasonable. Overall, Christina and team were great - will definitely return.
Christina and Tim are absolutely great!! Their customer service is phenomenal. If you need your European Car serviced, this is your place to go to. I rate them a 10/10.
