Classy professional catering. At their venue or yours. I ate at one of their events in 2010 at the Indy West Conference Center, (see their web site.) It was called a "tasting", served as a regular dinner, and I paid for the privilege. They cater food at their own venues, and can cater food to your event at other venues of your choosing.
