I hate doing this, but I have to give a bad review :( We have been using your take out service on the weekends for take out for 3 weeks at your Landsdowne location. First of all, the girls you have answering the phones have HORRIBLE customer service skills. Just horrible. I realize you're busy, but they, seriously, are teetering on rude. Then this past weekend, we ordered a Filet Mignon, medium rare and it was as close to Medium Well as it could be. Ok normally they are great but today they dropped the ball. Ordered online through DoorDash for pickup. Got the email to go pickup, husband went and they couldn’t find his order. He’s been sitting in the car for over 20 minutes as we speak just waiting...there are SO many other smaller local businesses we could have chosen but we decided on Malone’s because they are normally great.
