I hate doing this, but I have to give a bad review :( We have been using your take out service on the weekends for take out for 3 weeks at your Landsdowne location. First of all, the girls you have answering the phones have HORRIBLE customer service skills. Just horrible. I realize you're busy, but they, seriously, are teetering on rude. Take out, fantastic food. Easy access for carry out.
Ok normally they are great but today they dropped the ball. Ordered online through DoorDash for pickup. Got the email to go pickup, husband went and they couldn’t find his order. He’s been sitting in the car for over 20 minutes as we speak just waiting...there are SO many other smaller local businesses we could have chosen but we decided on Malone’s because they are normally great. If you’re going to offer take out, you need to be able to get the order right. We texted the order, you had a question, we sent a photo of the item on the menu with the description. We did not get that item. It was not even close or the same price.
American salad is great! service is good.
Best steak I have ever had!!! Hands down
