Three stars is the maximum I can give. I really hoped Malone Painting would be great because it came recommended and expected them to do a better job than the lone contracters I got quotes from would, since they’re quote was about double. The sales reps and project mgrs arrive in shiny trucks with the logo splashed on the side and will tell you everything you want to hear. Our 120 year old St. Louis City residence needed a little exterior TLC, so we contacted Malone Painting for a proposal after hearing about a similar job they did for a friend / neighbor. Lino’s crew exceeded our high expectations on a challenging painting project. Their work was excellent. They worked long hours and finished the job ahead of the projected schedule. They were very respectful of our property. Malone was the highest bid of those we solicited but assured us they could do what we wanted to have painted and repaired. They did what they promised to do with excellent quality and results. Our beautiful home has been restored to its original elegance and we couldn’t be happier.
