Our 120 year old St. Louis City residence needed a little exterior TLC, so we contacted Malone Painting for a proposal after hearing about a similar job they did for a friend / neighbor. Malone repainted and patched all the white trim on our house, including several porticos. They fixed several areas where the wood was rotten. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again. I got the quote during the winter, put in the deposit, and just as they promised they called in the spring, scheduled and did the work promptly, and produced a good result.
Loved the whole process from start to finish! A free color consultant who really knows St. Louis brick, the professional team of painters who were perfectionists yet fast (our house was done in one day!) - totally positive experience and energy and my house looks like I always wanted it to!
Malone Painting and Apsel's crew did a great job from start to finish on re-painting the exterior of our home. They were very communicative, arrived on time, made quality work, and followed up after the project was completed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a Victorian style home.
We had a great experience with Malone Painting! They painted the soffit and fascia on three porches and repaired wood that had been damaged by bees and woodpeckers — everything looks amazing now.
