Our 120 year old St. Louis City residence needed a little exterior TLC, so we contacted Malone Painting for a proposal after hearing about a similar job they did for a friend / neighbor. Malone repainted and patched all the white trim on our house, including several porticos. They fixed several areas where the wood was rotten. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again. I got the quote during the winter, put in the deposit, and just as they promised they called in the spring, scheduled and did the work promptly, and produced a good result.
Malone Painting did an excellent job prepping my clients home for the real estate market listing! Communication was at a high level and they were very timely in getting the job scheduled. Adam listened to their needs and the crew executed perfectly! Very happy and would use them again for business and personal!
We had a great experience with Malone Painting! They painted the soffit and fascia on three porches and repaired wood that had been damaged by bees and woodpeckers — everything looks amazing now.
