Hands down worst customer service. I inquired about a listings and the agent who did not give his or her name had me fill out a bunch of paperwork and jump through a bunch of hoops only to completely ghost me. When I tried to follow up, the unnamed person was rude and dismissive. Which is unfortunate because I have a good job and enough assets to afford any craphole they have listed just about.
RecommendedThey are the hardest working, most intelligent and kindest people to be around. I would recommend them to anyone with real estate/property management needs.
