I had the absolute BEST experience at Malmrose Bridal. Ciara was my girl and she was so amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better appointment. She was patient and genuine. I found the perfect dress thanks to her.
Absolutely the WORST possible place to buy your dress. They will have you try on dresses WAY out of your price range. Talk you into buying them. Sooo pressured. Oh and you don’t get to choose anything yourself! They pick what dresses they think you should try on. I bought a dress here that had a rip in the back, and they tried to pin it on me!!! So UNPROFESSIONAL AND GROSS. People like this shouldn’t have a business
Found the PERFECT dress and this was our first stop!! The people were very customer service oriented. Very nice and helpful. And the dress was exquisite!!! My daughters wedding was yesterday and so many people were obsessed with her gorgeous dress!! — with Keithen Weber.
Wouldn’t recommend going here. I bought my dress here and they said that alterations wouldn’t be that expensive. Well it was $800! Don’t go here. I also got a call from the owner who just apologized but never resolved anything. 0/5.

Knowing the family personally, I have recommended Malmrose Bridal to multiple people and will continue to do so. They are good, upright and honest people. They do a great job and have great customer service. They do not work on commission and are very knowledgable.

I definitely would not recommend them. Their customer service is some of the worst I have ever heard of. Very high pressure situation and made promises that they didn't keep. They originally agreed to let me fiance return the dress she had originally bought for one that she was absolutely in love with (2nd dress was much more expensive and she agreed to pay the difference).
