Had a good conversation with the deal/ sale person. felt the cost was high on the car and the nothing note worthy on trade. I do see the price of the vehicle had dropped $3000 from what was proposed to me, disappointed that they did not extend that offer to me.
We just stopped by the ford place to look at this crossfire, the car wasn't ready to actually sell but they pulled up to let us look at it. Nice people, but typical sales people with typical sales speak.
Terrible customer service and not prompt with response. Feel like I am treated differently for having bad credit and not wanting to buy the car they want me to!
