One of the managers promptly responded to my initial email and told me another customer had set up an appointment to see the vehicle. The manager said he would contact me if it sold since I would be coming from out of town. I never heard back from the manager or anyone else. I emailed the manager one more time and again did not get a response.

The dealer was extremely helpful. I test drove the car and was very happy with it. I just couldn't afford it.

Honest & helpful
Took forever to get contacted back, after I did the sales people were friendly and helpful, the reason for the 2stars is it took 3 days to get a call back. I decided to not buy from this dealer st this time.

Kevin at Malloy responded and stayed with me and I purchased the truck. My first new vehicle purchase in 40 years and Kevin and Malloy could not have been better.
The Malloy salesperson, Kevin contacted me by email and text messaging several times with information and answers to my questions. Kevin was very personable as well as product knowledgeable and seemed to me to be an honest and sincere person. I didn't care for the car but was pleased with Malloy Ford and their salesperson, Kevin.
