My favorite day in 2026 will be the day I get out of here.
I'm only giving it a four start because the 2BR are still on the pricy side, but the apartments are nice and amenities are top tier. I want to give my flowers to Jimmy. He is the most genuine and hardworking maintenance person that I've delt with. He fixed every issue I've had in a timely manner and stayed hours to get certain things resolved with my apartment....This is what makes or break a tenant's experience. He definitely deserves a raise
Mallory Square is a great place to call home. I have enjoyed my time here and the amenities and atmosphere is like no other. Micaela in the office as well as the office staff is fantastic and always willing to help. They truly go above and beyond! I recommend this place to everyone.

Do not rent here if you want a quiet, well kept, bug free place to live. When I first moved in May everything was great until about a month in. The people at the pool inviting 30 + people, wild kids running around with no supervision, e-bikes running you over, trash, dog feces/ bugs galore. Tenets trash the complex. Nothing is taken care of.
