I told them the things that were wrong with my car, took them 3 days to look at it and it would be $75 or $150 diagnostic fee. They wanted to charge me $1400 to replace and alternator. $750 for labor alone. I contacted a friend of a friend and they did it for $200. Mallory Automotive acts as if they're doing you a favor by fixing your car and charging astronomical prices. Then they charged me $190 to get my car back after their diagnostic. I took our honda odyssey there for repairs since we have been having a misfire. They got back to us quickly with a quote and repaired the van in good time has been running well ever since. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else but here. These are good honest people.
My mother took her car for service there for years and now I do. Honest and dependable.
Requires an appointment but they do good work. Sent my Honda del sol to them and they were relatively quick in diagnosing and repairing once I approved the quote.
