Frank R. of Mallick Plumbing & Heating put in a new double sink in my kitchen. He was very polite and informative. He did the job very well and I would use him again. He also did the work right away and I did not have to wait at all.
Both Dale and Jeff did a good job in informing me of the problem and giving me choices to resolve the problem. My only issue was that both times they were significantly late and it required a phone call from me to find out what was going on. I would definitely use Mallick again!
Jeff Jarvis and Jeff Fletcher were very professional and efficient in replacing a toilet at a quite reasonable price. Jeff J. did a coutesy walk through of the plumbing in our house that was very informative. We will most definitely have Mallick do any of our plumbing needs.
Frank and his assistant Lance showed up bright and early to perform a water service installation and in the process of the installation noticed excessive moisture near the connection point. This didn't seem right to them so they continued to investigate and found a defective fitting that had been leaking for a period of time that if left unnoticed could have caused severe damage. Their intuition and drive kept my our house safe and dry. Thanks a bunch!
This is the second time I've used Mallick for plumbing issues. They communicated with me when they said they would and do very nice work. I just had two brand new toilets installed and they look great! They ordered the model that I wanted. Jeff J. and his partner were professional in their work.
He was very professional in diagnosing the problem, researching the options, advising on the best solution and repairing the problem in a timely and thorough manner.
