We had an emergency issue with our throttle. One of their guys immediately checked it out, replaced some bolts that had fallen out within a few seconds, and refused to take any cash. These are stand up folks that I hope to spend some money with some day.
This was a preventative maintenance visit including a very special Audi DSG transmission fluid and filter change. Malless went the extra yard in procuring fluid I specified and they attended to other maintenance items. Again, one of the very few places I would trust to work on my vehicles.
