Once again Dr. Mallery saved the day! My son chipped his tooth on a Wednesday and they had him fixed up and looking great by Thursday evening. If you haven't been to Mallery Family Dental, do yourself a favor and experience care second to none. Thank you guys SO much for once again taking care of us.
I had heard great things about Mallery Family Dental and decided to give them a try after having a really bad toothache. They were able to see me in a very timely manner and I am nothing but pleased with my visit. All the staff are very friendly and professional. My tooth extraction was completely painless and fast. I really appreciate the personal connection Dr.Mallery establishes with his patients.
Go somewhere else! Don’t let them do any nerve block on you! He will do it wrong! Unethical practices on so many levels! He destroyed my life! If you need a dentist pick another. If you need a periodontist, there are many good ones in Mansfield. If you need an oral surgeon, go to Dr. Shepherd.
I have always liked this dentist, but recently I broke my foot and called to re-schedule as soon as I knew I would be in a cast and would not be able to drive (right foot). I hurt my foot on a Monday evening, went to the doctor on Tuesday, was told it was broken. I called to reschedule my appointment as soon as I got home. I realize my appointment was on Wednesday, but I had no control over the situation. I received a bill for not giving 48 hours notice. I will be finding a new dentist.
It pains me to write this review as my family of four kids have been going to Mallery Dental for years. Both my wife and I fell ill and couldn’t keep our scheduled appointment. When my wife called in to reschedule, we were told the next available date is in five months (which will make it 11 months since our last cleaning & check up) with no offer of being a waiting list. Very unfortunate.
