They were the most polite guys I have ever worked with. They were on time, clean, detailed, perfect lines, I had them do all the trim, doors, baseboards, windows, kitchen cabinets, laundry room, bathrooms, and bedroom desks, and stair handrail. It was a lot but they got it all done in just 2 weeks. It looks incredible. The lines are so perfect!!!! They were a great price. Thousands less than the other quote I received. I will definitely call them again. They even bought me lunch one day!!!
I can't say enough about Ismael and his crew - friendly, always on time, respectful and fair/affordable. They did a wonderful job painting our house, we are so happy with the outcome and the overall level of detail. I'll be using them again in the future and would happily recommend him to friends and family. Thanks for everything, Ismael!
Malle Painting was wonderful to work with. From the get go, Ismael, the owner, was very responsive to my initial inquiry and got back to me right away with a preliminary quote based on photos and descriptions I sent. He followed up with an in person consultation and arranged for time to complete the job all with excellent communication throughout. I would recommend reaching out to them for any project!
In my experience communication is the key. If you nail down the details of the work at the front end and all parties are CLEAR on expectations then you'll probably get what you paid for. But even with that, the crew at Malle Painting went over and above what we expected and what we agreed to. Ismael came back 3 times (at my request to make sure that we were clear on the scope of work, colors, paint type, etc.). In the end, he and his crew delivered 100%. I would recommend them. We were extremely satisfied.
If I could give six stars I would!! From the first call and the free estimate to his last visit today when he came back on a Sunday, his day off to open a window that had got stuck accidentally while painting so I could get my air conditioner back in before temperatures rose past 90 degrees. Ismale and his entire crew were friendly, professional and did an amazing job on my 95 year old home. They came on time, cleaned up every day before they left and took care of every tiny detail.
