Too many shooting, too much crime.
First of all, chase the hood rats out. The people that live there are extremely thuggy and disrespectful towards everyone else in the neighborhood. They speed on all the residential streets nearby and throw trash out in mine and my neighbors yards. This needs to stop. I'm tired of calling the police.
IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS, DO NOT WORK WITH/FOR MALLARD POINTE APARTMENTS! I work for a general contractor who completed several projects for Mallard Pointe Apartments. We started our first project in JULY 2018 and still have not been paid. They say they did not approve said work, but we have signed documentation for everything done. OVER $30,000 OWED TO US!
The apartment complex is great!! Good staff!! Manger is Great!!
thw apartment are fairly nice, it's under new management, they are working to make things better. They fix things quickly most of the time. Don't like the fact that a lot of the people who live here are slobs and very inconsiderate of others. Can't wait to get out in a few months. New management is working hard to change things, hopefully they succeed.
